You can download a duplicate e-PAN card from the official portals of the issuing agencies: Protean (formerly NSDL) or UTIITSL, or the Income Tax e-Filing portal (for instant e-PAN).

• Visit the respective portal's 'Download e-PAN' section.
• Enter your PAN, Aadhaar number (for individuals), and Date of Birth/Incorporation.
• Authenticate your request with the OTP sent to your registered mobile or email.
• Download the e-PAN PDF. A nominal fee applies if the PAN was allotted or updated more than 30 days prior.
