You can download your e-PAN card online through three official portals: the Income Tax e-Filing website, the NSDL (Protean) portal, or the UTIITSL portal.

• For Instant e-PAN allotted via the Income Tax website, use your Aadhaar number and the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number for download.
• For PANs processed by NSDL or UTIITSL, visit the respective portal and use either your PAN number or the application's acknowledgement number along with your date of birth and an OTP for verification. A nominal fee may apply after 30 days of issuance.
