The e-PAN card can be downloaded from the official websites of the Income Tax Department, Protean (formerly NSDL), or UTIITSL.

• For Instant e-PAN, visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal, use the 'Check Status/Download PAN' option, and authenticate with your Aadhaar number and the OTP received on your linked mobile number.
• Alternatively, on the Protean or UTIITSL portals, you can download the e-PAN using either your PAN number or Acknowledgement number, along with your date of birth, after receiving an OTP verification.
• The downloaded PDF file is password-protected, and the password is your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format.
