Pan Card

can we have two pan cards

No, you cannot legally have two PAN cards. The Income Tax Act strictly prohibits an individual from possessing or using more than one Permanent Account Number (PAN). Each person is allowed only one unique PAN for financial and tax-related activities. If you are found to possess a duplicate PAN card, the Income Tax Department can impose a penalty of up to Rs. 10,000 under Section 272B of the Income-tax Act. If you have been inadvertently allotted more than one PAN, you must immediately surrender the additional card to avoid legal complications.
