To "recharge" your Netflix account, you usually update your payment method. You can do this by going to your Account page on the Netflix website and selecting "Add Payment Method" or "Update" next to an existing one. Netflix accepts credit/debit cards, virtual cards (in some places), prepaid cards, and Netflix gift cards. Some partners also let you add Netflix to your existing bill.
