How to check the status of my Jio prepaid recharge

You can easily check the status of your Jio prepaid recharge using either the MyJio app or the Jio website! If you use the MyJio app, just open it on your phone. All your recharges from the last 6 months will show up, along with their status and how long they are valid. If you prefer using the Jio website (jio.com), you'll need to log in with an OTP (a one-time password). Once you're in, go to the "Transactions" section. There, you'll see all your recent recharges, including their status and validity. It's super simple to keep track!
