What are the new rules for FASTag recharge?

New FASTag rules include changes regarding blacklisted tags and low balances. If a FASTag has been blacklisted or has a low balance for more than an hour before reaching a toll, the transaction will be declined. Users may face double toll charges if their tag is blacklisted 10 minutes before the toll. There is a grace period; if users recharge within 10 minutes of the transaction attempt, they can request a penalty refund. Users have flexibility to recharge their FASTag using various payment methods, including UPI and net banking.
