how to get driving licence if lost
You need to apply for a duplicate driving licence (DL) from your nearest Regional Transport Office (RTO).
- You can apply online via the official Parivahan Portal, as this service is available for loss or damage.
- You can check your lost DL number on the Parivahan Sarthi website if you do not remember it.
- The RTO will issue a duplicate DL after processing the application and applicable fee. For example, the fee for a duplicate licence is ₹200 at the Wadala RTO.
