To apply for a driving licence, you must first obtain a Learner Licence (LL) through the Sarathi Parivahan portal.

• Visit https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in and select your state.
• Click on "New Learner Licence" to access and fill out the online application form.
• Upload your necessary documents, such as Address Proof and Age Proof, and then proceed to pay the required application fee.
• Finally, book a slot for your Learner Test at the designated RTO.
