Can I pay someone using a credit card?

No, you cannot pay individuals like friends or family (P2P) using a credit card on UPI. This functionality is strictly limited to merchant payments (P2M), such as local shops or online businesses. While you can link a RuPay credit card to a UPI app to make secure digital payments, NPCI guidelines currently prohibit peer-to-peer transfers, cash withdrawals at merchants, and card-to-card payments through this system. You can only use it by scanning a merchant QR code or during checkout at merchant websites.
