To upload a cheque for an EPFO claim, follow these steps:
- Login to the UAN Member Portal and go to the Online Services tab.
- Select the relevant claim form (Form-31, 19, or 10C).
- In the required section, upload a clear scanned image of a cancelled cheque or passbook.
- Ensure the bank account number, IFSC code, and your name are clearly visible to avoid rejection.
Note: As per recent updates, EPFO has started dispensing with this requirement for members whose bank details are already verified and seeded with Aadhaar.
