To open a business bank account in India, you must first register your business entity and obtain a Certificate of Incorporation. Visit your preferred bank and submit an application along with the following documents:
- Company PAN Card and GST registration certificate
- Board Resolution authorizing the account opening
- Memorandum and Articles of Association (MoA & AoA)
- Identity and address proofs (Aadhaar or Passport) of directors and authorized signatories
- Passport-size photographs
Once documents are verified and the initial deposit is made, the bank will activate your account.
