How to delink aadhaar from bank account

To delink your Aadhaar from a bank account, you can choose between online and offline methods:

• Online: Log in to your bank's net banking portal or mobile app. Navigate to the Aadhaar linking/personal details section, select the option to delink or remove Aadhaar, and confirm the request via OTP.
• Offline: Visit your bank branch with your Aadhaar card and passbook. Submit a written request or fill out the bank's specific delinking form to initiate the process.

The delinking process usually takes 48 to 72 hours to reflect in the NPCI mapper.
