How to cancel cheque online

To cancel or stop a cheque payment online, follow these steps through your bank's net banking portal or mobile application:

• Log in to your official mobile banking app or net banking website.
• Navigate to the Services or Requests section and select Cheque Book Services.
• Choose the Stop Payment of Cheque option.
• Select the relevant account and enter the specific cheque number(s) you wish to cancel.
• Choose a reason for cancellation and submit the request using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
