how to insert atm card in atm machine
To correctly insert your ATM card:
- Locate the card slot, which is usually on the right side of the ATM screen.
- Hold your card so the chip (the small gold or silver square) faces upwards or is positioned according to any diagram shown on the machine. The side with the bank's logo usually goes in first.
- Gently slide the card into the slot.
- The ATM will either hold the card for the duration of the transaction or prompt you to immediately remove it once it has been read. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your PIN and proceed with your banking.
