ATM

how atm works

The Automated Teller Machine (ATM) works as an electronic telecommunications device that securely connects you to your bank account.
  • A customer inserts a card and enters a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
  • The ATM sends the encrypted transaction request to the ATM network and then to your bank for approval.
  • Once approved, the bank debits your account, and a signal is sent back to the ATM's mainboard.
  • The cash dispenser then releases the requested amount from the cassette.
