How to deactivate Aadhaar card?

If you have a duplicate Aadhaar, you can apply to cancel the extra one. If you were enrolled as a child, you can apply for cancellation within six months of turning 18 using Form 9. Deactivation may also happen automatically if updates for children are missed.
