The Kerala story is a compilation of true stories of four young girls from different parts of Kerala. Shalini, Geetanjali, Nimah and Asifa. They meet at their hostel room on the first day, at the Nursing College in Kasaragod, the northern most district of Kerala. Asifa is an active sleeper cell member of ISIS in Kerala. On her vicious deceits and minacious intrigue, Shalini and Geetanjali converted in to Islam, disowning their families, terming them as kafirs. They are uprooted from all their social ties. Cautious Nimah understood the impending danger hovering around them. She constantly alarmed Shalini and Geetanjali. But, their blind conviction and trust on Asifa and love-life with Ramiz and Abdul put their life on the edge. In her worst reality, Shalini is detected pregnant. In spite of accepting the fatherhood of the child, Ramiz disappeared leaving Shalini in the tenterhook. Cleric in the Islamic Centre, who masterminded their conversion, showed a mirror to Shalini.
