Zendaya is an American actress and singer who started her career as a child model and backup dancer in music videos. She gained prominence with her role as Rocky Blue on Disney Channel’s popular sitcom Shake it Up and also after participating in the reality dance show/competition Dancing With the Stars. She has starred in movies like The Greatest Showman and Spider-Man: Homecoming. A graduate of the Oakland School for the Arts, Zendaya, she has modeled for stores like Macy’s, Old Navy and Mervyn's. She was also a part of the California Shakespeare Theater and studied at the CalShakes Conservatory Program and at the American Conservatory Theater.
