Snehan (Birth Name: Sivaselvam) is a Tamil poet and lyricist. Debuting in the film Putham Pudhiya Poove, he has written lyrics for more than 2500 songs. He then turned actor for the film Yogi, for which he has also written all the lyrics, as his friend and writer and lead actor of the film, Ameer Sultan, gave him the opportunity.
