Frances McDormand is a highly acclaimed, Oscar-winning American actress. She made her film debut in 1984 with Blood Simple and is best known for the 1996 film Fargo that won her the Academy Award. She is also one of the few actors to have achieved what is known as the “Triple Crown for Acting” i.e. the Academy Award, the Emmy and the Golden Globe.
