Chiwetel Ejiofor is a celebrated English actor best recognized for playing the roles of Solomon Northup in 12 Years a Slave and Karl Mordo in Doctor Strange. Some of his other well-known films include The Martian, Love Actually, Children of Men, Secret in Their Eyes and Z for Zachariah. Prior to his professional acting career, Ejiofor attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and then, enrolled at the National Youth Theatre.
