Troubleshooting

My Aadhaar is linked to another number, I am not able to use it with my current number

We allow only a single Paytm wallet per customer. Therefore a KYC document used once can’t be reused again. However you can reach out to Paytm support team to release Aadhaar from old mobile to attempt KYC again. Go to Paytm.com/care/ticket and select ‘ Not able to use Aadhaar for KYC’-> ‘Aadhaar number linked to my other account’ and submit your details.

Paytm Agent didn’t come to my house or refused to do KYC

We are sorry to hear that. Please navigate to Paytm.com/care/ticket and select ‘Paytm KYC’-> KYC request placed ,waiting for further action and submit your details. Our team will assist to complete your KYC

There is no KYC point available near my home

You can always do KYC yourself on Paytm app if your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar. If not you can schedule a visit from app.
