How to Redeem

1. On buying this Gift Card, you will get a code through which you can purchase any products.
2. Valid at Gini & Jony listed outlets only.
3. Valid for 6 months.
4. Partial redemption not allowed.
5. The person who has the Gini & Jony Gift Card Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
6. Multiple Gift Cards can be used in one bill/transaction.
7. This is a ONE-time use Gift Card with an expiration date.
8. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
9. Gini & Jony Gift Card CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
10. Gini & Jony Gift Card can be clubbed with any one of the existing offers on the store.
11. Any dispute related to the Gift Card should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Gini & Jony shall on a best effort basis attempt to accept Gift Cards, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of Gini & Jony, the Gift Card may not get accepted on the store and Gini & Jony shall have no liability for the same.
13. If the Gift Card gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after Gift Card is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.

15. Gini & Jony reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Gift Card at any time without any notice or liability.

17. Gini & Jony reserves the right to withdraw the Gift Card scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
18. Gini & Jony reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
19. In no event the liability of Gini & Jony for any claims shall exceed the value of the Gift Card in dispute.
