1. On buying this Gift Card, you will get a code which can be used for Food, Instamart, Genie orders & to avail Swiggy Super orders.
2. Valid at Swiggy App / Website.
3. Valid for 3 months.
4. This Gift Card Code is issued by ICICI to add money to Swiggy Wallet Powered by ICICI.
5. Use of money in Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI will be subject to terms and conditions available at https://www.icicibank.com/terms-condition/tnc-for-swiggy-money.page.
6. For users having the Swiggy Wallet powered by the ICICI account already activated the amount will be uploaded in the wallet once these Gift Card codes are redeemed by the end-user in the Swiggy application.
7. Users not having Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI account need to login to the Swiggy application and create a Swiggy account to use these Gift Card codes.
8. Users will need to perform a one-time verification before utilizing the Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI by filling the KYC (Know Your Customer details), if not already done.
9. Once the amount is loaded to Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI, the amount cannot be expired.
10. The amount is Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI can only be used on food, instamart, genie and to avail Swiggy Super offers on the platform.
11. The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from Swiggy Wallet powered by ICICI.
12. The amount can be used in multiple transactions.
13. The amount covers taxes, packaging charges, delivery fees.
14. Users can avail/club existing offers on the website and pay through Swiggy Money Wallet.
15. Users can load up to Rs.10,000 into the Swiggy Money wallet at a time per month as per RBI guidelines.
16. In case of any cancellation of orders paid through Swiggy Money Wallet, the refund amount will be credited to Swiggy Money wallet governed by Swiggy refund policy https://www.swiggy.com/refund-policy.

How to Redeem

You can access Swiggy Money from the account section in the Swiggy application post by entering into the ordering app. If you are not a registered user you will be asked to Signup with Swiggy first, done via OTP based process.
On the Swiggy Money Page, read through the onboarding details and click on Activate Swiggy Money. You will be asked to enter government id details (for KYC) and enter OTP received on your registered number and confirm the details.
You will then land on the home page. Click on the Add Gift Card button on the top right of the Page. Enter received 16 digits Alphanumeric code and 6 digit PIN, press 'redeem Gift Card'. Swiggy Validates the code and adds the denomination to the wallet.
