How to Redeem

1. On buying this voucher, you will get a code through which you can avail any service.
2. Valid on the Urban Company website and app.
3. Valid till 1 year.
4. Partial redemption is allowed.
5. Only one voucher can be used per booking.
6. This voucher cannot be reloaded and resold.
7. This voucher is non-refundable.
8. No returns and no refunds on Urban Company vouchers.
9. No cash withdrawal is permissible against the voucher.
10. This voucher cannot be used to purchase other Urban Company vouchers if any.
11. If the service order value exceeds the Voucher value, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Wallets/Cash.
12. If the order value is less than the amount of the voucher, the outstanding balance(after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same voucher and can be used for subsequent transactions till its validity.
13. In case the Order is cancelled by the customer within the timeframe, the customer voucher shall be credited with the amount equivalent to the redemption amount.
14. This voucher cannot be used during End of season sale duration.
15. This voucher cannot be clubbed with other ongoing offers.

18. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore. 19. This voucher is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Qwikcilver), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue such vouchers.
20. Qwikcilver/Urban Company reserves the right to cancel the Urban Company voucher f the same has been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
21. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Urban Company /Qwikcilver retains the right to cancel the Urban Company voucher so issued.
