Q1. What is Ride Package?
To give our riders an even more affordable everyday ride option, we’re launching Ride Packages for 28 days that unlock flat fares at an activation fee.
Q2. What packages are currently available?
Choose from different ride packages to unlock flat fare rides. Go to the ‘Ride Pass’ section in your Uber app to find the available options. Flat fare rides are valid for 28 days after purchase. Check your Ride Package details in your Uber app.

Currently, flat fares are only available in Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi NCR Your specific ride package is only valid within the city service area.
Q4. What payment methods can I use to purchase my ride package?
Currently, you can buy the pass only using your Paytm wallet. However, you can pay for your actual ride redemption using any payment method of your choice.
Q5. Do flat fares apply on all ride options?
For now, flat fares may only be applicable on Uber Pool & Go or Go & Premier/X rides, depending on the package & city of purchase.

Q6. Where and when can I ride with flat fares prices?
You can ride anywhere within the city, anytime, up to your ride limit.
Q7. Can I track my flat fare usage?
You can track how many flat fare rides you’ve used, how many rides you have left, and how many more days you have to use your rides in the app. Navigate to the Ride Pass section in the menu.
Q8. How is my fare calculated?
The final fare is calculated on the basis of the total fare for your ride:
- If your total fare is ever less than the flat fare amount, we’ll charge you the minimum of the two amounts
- If your total fare is greater than the flat fare but less than the max fare cap, you will be charged only the flat fare amount
- If your total fare is over the max fare cap, then you will still save, but the amount over the max fare cap will be added to the flat fare amount
Q9. Can I buy more than one package?
There is a limit of one package per rider per city. Once you buy it your pass will be valid for 28 days. Any new flat fares packages will only apply after your existing flat fare package reaches its expiry date.
For instance, if you purchase a ride package of 20 rides which expires on 5th February and you purchase a new ride package on 1st March, your new ride package will only apply on trips after 5th February, when your previous ride package expires.

Q10. Can I get a refund for my Ride Package?
Currently, refunds are not available on Ride Packages. Once you purchase your Ride Package, it will be valid for 28 days.

Currently, only a limited number of Ride Packages are available to select riders. We are working hard to bring this to all riders.
Q12. Are flat fares applicable on rides scheduled in advance?
Currently, flat fares are not applicable on scheduled rides.
Q13. Are promotions applicable on the flat fare?
No, currently promotions are not valid on the flat fare of your Ride Package.

- Qualifying flat fare rides are non-transferable, and package terms and conditions vary by city. Unused flat fare rides will expire 28 days after purchase

- Riders get 7% cash back up to Rs 500 on flight ticket bookings. Note: If the booking amount is less than Rs 7143, you will receive 7% cash back up to Rs 500. If the booking amount is Rs 7143 or more, you will receive Rs 500 cash back

- Offer is valid for select Uber riders
- Offer is valid one-time usage per user
