My 2020 Travel Goal Contest
Agreement to Terms & Conditions:
- By participating in the #My2020TravelGoals Contest, the Participant unconditionally agrees to abide by these applicable terms and conditions.
- Paytm reserve the right to exclude any person from the contest on grounds of misconduct (whether proven or alleged) or criminal record. Paytm’s decision shall be final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Successfully participating in the contest and winning a prize is subject to fulfilment of all requirements set forth herein.
- Paytm reserves the right without prejudice to their other rights in law, to reclaim the prize, if any person is found guilty of misconduct at any later period.
- Paytm has the sole authority concerning the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
- Paytm reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the contest period and the contest terms and conditions without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
Eligibility Contest Period & Winner Selection:

- Winners will be announced on the social media accounts of PaytmTravel.
- Winner will be decided on the basis of lucky draw.
- Total of 5 lucky winners will be selected. Each winner would get a free Paytm flight voucher worth Rs.1,000/- each.
- The winner selection will be at the sole discretion of Paytm.
- Paytm employees and their family members are not eligible for this contest.
- Contest goes LIVE on 9th Jan 2020. Last date to send entries is 31st Jan 2020, 11.59.59 pm.
- Winner will be decided on the basis of lucky draw.
- Lucky winner will be contacted through email. Winners have to share their social media account id by reverting to the email so that we can tag them when we announce winners on Paytm Travel social media handles- Twitter/Facebook/Instagram.
- The winners would get flat ₹1,000 Cashback on flight ticket booking upon redemption of the voucher code.
- There shall be no minimum order value for flight ticket booking.
- Offer is valid only for one-time usage per user.
- Cashback will be calculated on the booking amount exclusive of convenience fee, insurance, free cancellation or any ancillaries purchased.
- To avail Cashback, the user needs to have a verified mobile number on Paytm.
- Cashback will be credited within 24 hours of the successful transaction.
- Cancelled orders will not be eligible for Cashback.
- Cashback will not be processed for non-KYC customer. If you have not completed your KYC, you will receive Goldback (inclusive of 3% GST).
- The winner selection will be at the sole discretion of Paytm. The decision of Paytm shall be final.
- Paytm employees and their family members are not eligible for this contest.
- This offer is non-cashable and non-refundable. No physical cash will be given in lieu of cash back received.
Release and Limitations of Liability
- Paytm is not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any service and/or the Prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner howsoever caused as a result of acceptance of any Prizes.
- By entering the Contest, the participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify Paytm from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of acceptance of the Prizes or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise as well as any legal expenditure.
- The Participant shall be solely responsible for any adverse consequences which may arise due to his/her participation in the Contest. Participant also undertakes to indemnify Paytm and/or their respective officers, directors, employees and agents on the happening of an adverse an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis for any loss/damage suffered by Paytm on account of such act on the part of the Participant.
- Paytm absolutely disclaims any damages and/or claims as a result of any loss that arise due to a force majeure event
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances that arise which results in the cancellation, calamities or any other incidents, Paytm expressly disclaims any liability for the same.
Publicity
- The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Paytm to cover the contest through various media/platforms inter alia newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Participant shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage and their use of name, voice, likeness, image, illustrations etc. by Paytm in this regard.
- The contest winners shall, at the request of Paytm participate in all contest related activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prizes free of charge, and they consent to Paytm using their name and image in Contest material.
Intellectual Property
- All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the Contest material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest with Paytm. Paytm or any person or entity permitted by Paytm in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media/platform for future contest, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant/ Winners.
- All material submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) are assigned to Paytm upon submission and become the property of Paytm exclusively. Paytm may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it deems fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of Paytm and Paytm may use such material in any medium in any manner it deems fit.
- By participating in the Contest, Participant unequivocally and explicitly understands and agrees to the aforementioned clauses.
Dispute
- The Contest is subject to all applicable Central, State and Local Laws and Regulations in India. The courts of competent jurisdiction at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest. Participation in the Contest is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause.
- Further, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or Paytm with respect to this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
