Open “Paytm for Business” App

Enter your Paytm registered Mobile number and Paytm Password

Tap on Login Securely

Last Collected Payments:
This will show recent Payments. To view the details of a transaction tap on that transaction Tap on REFRESH to update data

Collections Today:
This will show total amount collected and the total number of payments received for the day

Last Settlement :
This will show details of last amount settled in your bank account along with Payments collected & Deductions if any

Collections

Tap on Collection tab to check Total Collection This will show total payments received along with number of collections

Select Date Range to check previous transactions

You can view transactions done in last 31 days

To Download collection statement tap on Download Collection Statement. This will generate collection report and can be downloaded from the Report section

Tap on the transaction to check if it has been settled in the bank account. If the transaction is not settled , you can see a expected settlement date.

If the amount is transferred to your bank account, you can see the UTR against it and the GST and commission breakup ( if any)

Settlements

Tap on Settlement Tab to check last settlement in bank . You can check deductions ,GST or commission (if any)

Tap on Total Deductions to check detailed deduction split and to view breakup of commission, chargeback and GST (if any)

To check settlements between a duration tap to select the Dates

You can view transactions for up to last 31 days

Tap on Download settlement statement to generate report. This can be downloaded from the Reports section

To check your profile details tap on Profile. You can see all of QR code here

Tap on a QR to enlarge it. You can accept Payments by getting this QR code scanned

You can also share this QR code to your Email ID, WhatsApp etc

Bank Details- You can see your bank account number and IFSC code

Business Details- Tap here to see your business related details

You can see your daily and monthly collections and bank transfer limits also primary details like Name, mobile etc
