These terms and conditions govern the overall PVR Privilege loyalty program designated for chosen locations only. The PVR Privilege program consists of membership program - PVR Privilege Club, brought to you by PVR Ltd. (collectively "we," "us," "our," "ours", “PVR Cinemas”). Your participation or use of any membership or related benefits in the Program ("Membership") at any time subjects you ("you," "your," "yours," "Member") to the provisions of these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. Membership and benefits valid in select locations only:

All PVR Cinemas except PVR Director’s Cut (New Delhi), and PVR Opulent Mall (Ghaziabad)

• MEMBERSHIP AND GENERAL TERMS/CONDITIONS
  • The Program as described herein represents a program for PVR; membership, and certain of the applicable benefits are available only at select locations as set forth above. Members of the Program agree to these terms and conditions (“Agreement”), as published and subject to periodic update at www.pvrcinemas.com/loyalty.
    This Agreement replaces all previously published information, and PVR may change this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.
  • By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees to receive advertising, marketing materials and other Program communications. Member will be asked to provide a Mobile number, email address, name, date of birth in order to receive benefits and reward notifications. We expect Members to submit and maintain accurate and current user information in connection with their Membership.
  • Membership is valid at participating PVR Cinemas locations. Membership is open to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Membership accounts, benefits, special offers, and rewards (i) are nontransferable, except to a new membership account for the same member in the case of a lost or changed mobile number, (ii) have no cash value and are not gift cards or gift certificates, (iii) cannot be offered for resale, and (iv) are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. Accumulated rewards and special offers do not constitute property of the Member, nor are accumulated rewards transferable by the Member
  • Points and Rewards may not be used toward the purchase of PVR Cinemas gift cards.
  • Entities or persons using the Program for wrongful doing and to make profit are not eligible to become or remain Members or to accumulate rewards. Membership is intended for individual use only, and is not available to organizations, other legal entities or groups such as, but not limited to businesses, non-profits, etc. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow this Agreement, or any kind of fraudulent use of membership to tag transactions not initiated by the member, may result in cancellation of the Member’s Account, future disqualification from participation and forfeiture of all rewards accrued, in addition to other remedies available to us under applicable law. In connection with the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement governing the Program, PVR reserves the right to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary and will be entitled to recover legal fees and court costs as allowed by law.
  • Member may choose to cancel their Membership at any time by sending a mail to [email protected].
    Additionally, we may terminate or alter any or all of the benefits available under the Program at any time with prior notice under applicable law.
  • Privacy Policy: The information provided by the Member is subject to and will be handled according to the PVR Privacy Policy, available at www. pvrcinemas.com/privacy-policy
• BENEFITS
  The Program entitles Members to the following rewards, special offers, and other Membership benefits.
  • Accumulation of points – PVR Privilege. PVR Privilege members receive 5 points per 100 Rupees spent on item purchases at a participating PVR location by presenting their mobile number during box office and concession stand transactions, or online at www.pvrcinemas.com and the PVR mobile application.
    Points will generally be credited within 24 hours of the completed show time.
    PVR Privilege membership is valid for a period of 365 days after enrolment, subjected to auto-renewal on discretion.
  • Joining Benefit-Members will receive a voucher of Free Large Salted Popcorn on first transaction of INR.100 or greater, post enrolment.
  • Ineligible Purchases. The following purchases or products are NOT eligible toward earning points:
    • PVR Cinemas Select Class tickets, PVR Cinemas Directors Cut tickets, or passes or free admissions of any sort.
    • In conjunction with a complimentary Movie voucher of any sort.
    • Initial purchase of gift cards; gift cards are eligible toward earning rewards upon REDEMPTION at the participating PVR Cinemas locations but NOT upon initial purchase.
    • Auditorium or theatre rental fees.
    • Tickets purchased for a group or an organization via bulk booking process
    • Concession purchases as a part of a group or organization via bulk booking.
    • Ticket purchases that are refunded.
    • Purchases made at a sublet space within an PVR Cinemas location.
  • PVR Privilege Reward Vouchers: Upon Accumulation of 50 points on purchases made at participating PVR Cinemas locations, the Member will be get a Reward Voucher worth Rs. 50, which in turn, will have a validity of 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • PVR Privilege members can use their vouchers for both F&B as well as Movie ticket transactions.
  • Maximum qualifying transactions per day is 10 tickets per account; maximum qualifying earn per day is Rs. 8000/- per account. These transaction limits may be lifted for special events as per PVR’s sole discretion. The reward vouchers will be reflected in the Member’s account. Reward vouchers have no cash value. All earned reward vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issuance at which time they will expire. A Member may redeem his/her earned and unexpired Rewards at participating PVR Cinemas locations in India by (1) presenting his/her Membership number in connection with a purchase and (2) notifying the PVR Cinemas employee at the time and point of sale that they want to redeem the reward.
  • Partial usage of voucher:
    PVR Privilege vouchers are for one-time use only, and no refunds on unused portion of the voucher will be allowed.
    In case a voucher is applied for an amount less than the face value, the voucher will be considered used in its entirety, and no refund / cashback / credit would be allowed for the unused portion of the voucher.
  • Birthday Promotion. If a Member has provided a date of birth, a “birthday gift” will be loaded onto the account on the first day of the birthday month that is entered into the Member’s profile. Offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance at which time it will expire.
  • Claim Points for Past Transaction: Member can avail benefits pertaining to earning privilege points on their past transactions. However, it is subjected to the below
    • Points can be claimed only for last transactions in the 90 days from current date and not preceding the date of enrolment.
    • The feature to claim points on past transactions can only be used for a maximum of 3 times in a lifetime.
    • Once the request is submitted, the points will be credited to your PVR Privilege account with 72 hours.
    • The mobile number quoted for request submission should be the same that is registered in the PVR privilege account.
    • Retro credit of points can happen by mailing at [email protected], and by using the Claim points for past transaction section on the website.
  • Other Benefits. From time to time, PVR Cinemas, at its discretion, may offer additional benefits and events to its Members. For example
    • At any given time PVR Cinemas may host a special PVR Privilege Member’s only movie screening on a Paid basis at select theatres in certain locations. In order to take part when a screening becomes available, Program Members must have their accounts in an Active state, and should have provided us a valid email ID. If selected to participate, Members will be notified of these screenings via email.
  • Mobile Number to be provided at the time of transaction. To be eligible for membership benefits and to earn points your Mobile number must be
    i. presented when purchasing tickets at the box office,
    ii. entered into the appropriate area of the URL on the transaction page for purchases at www.pvrcinemas.com,
    iii. presented at the concession stand. It is the Member’s responsibility to present the mobile number in condition to be entered at the time of the transaction.
    
    To earn or apply benefits, the Membership account must be active at the time of purchase. Members will NOT be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active account presented at the time of purchase.
    PVR Cinemas is not responsible for use or redemption of rewards from an account that has been lost, stolen, or otherwise used without Member’s permission.
    All rewards are the property of PVR Cinemas.
• MANUAL ADJUSTMENTS
  If upon the entry of mobile number, the computer is inaccessible or in case of any event outside our control, original ticket and F&B receipts should be retained by Members for credit by contacting PVR Customer Service at [email protected]. Receipts or tickets are required for manual adjustments. No more than two manual adjustments will be allowed per account in a single calendar month. Manual adjustments will not be made for purchases made beyond 30 calendar days from date of original purchase. PVR Cinemas reserves the right to refuse manual adjustments in the event of suspected abuse of the program or fraud.
• PVR Privilege Term and Renewals.
  The PVR Privilege membership term shall be applicable for one year from the date of Membership enrollment.
  Auto Renewals after expiration commence on the date of renewal and expire one year from the renewal date. If no renewal has occurred, or if the Member voluntarily cancels his or her Membership, the Member’s account will be automatically deactivated. The Membership so expired / terminated from the Program will thereafter not be able to utilize their existing points balance but they can use their vouchers earned under the program until the date of validity of said vouchers. After 2 years (24 consecutive months) of non-use, the benefits of the program will not be accessible and we may cancel the account.
• DISCLAIMERS: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ONLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
  THERE IS NO LIABILITY OF PVR CINEMAS AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY "MEMBERSHIP PROVIDERS"), AND NO CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND/OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES DUE TO USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE PROGRAM WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
• JURISDICTION
  This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by the Jurisdiction of New Delhi.
• ACKNOWLEDGMENT
  This Agreement, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between us and any user of the Program with respect to the Program and supersedes any other agreements, statements or representations. Headings used in this Agreement are for reference only and shall not affect the meaning of any terms. Any use of any portion of the PVR Privilege Program is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
  We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice or liability by posting a revised Agreement on the Member Program website located at pvrcinemas.com. Any change shall take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided.
