How to claim warranty
- Customer can register complaint by calling Toll free customer care number.
- Toll free Customer care number 1800-123-334411.
- Process to claim – Customer have to visit Prestige Authorized /Regional service center with warranty card and purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase.
Chimney installation procedure:
- Once you receive the product, please register an installation request by calling Prestige national service hotline - 33441111 or visiting page - http://www.ttkprestige.com/contact/online-customer-complaint.
- Installation charge of Rs. 500 is payable to the installation technician.
- Scope of chimney installation will differ as per site specifications.
- Wall cutting, electric point, additional length of duct out pipe and consumables will be charged extra.
- Warranty would be provided only if the chimney installation is registered as above and implemented by authorized company personnel.
