Terms & Conditions:
  • The booking can be cancelled up to 20 minutes before the show time.
  • If you cancel the booking up to 2 hours before the showtime, 75% of base ticket(s) amount and 100% of F&B amount will be refunded. The remaining amount will be treated as the cancellation charges.
  • If you cancel the booking between 20 minutes to 2 hours before the showtime, 50% of base ticket(s) amount and 100% of F&B amount will be refunded. The remaining amount will be treated as the cancellation charges.
  • User is allowed to cancel up to 3 movie transactions, within 30 days.
  • The cancellation cannot be done once the customer scans the QR code/verifies the booking ID with cinema executives to enter the cinema premises.
  • On cancellation of the ticket(s), the Internet handling charges, Booking charges, Applicable taxes, Food vouchers and 3D charges will not be refunded
  • Partial cancellation of booking is not allowed. If the booking is cancelled, all tickets in the booking will be cancelled.
  • Refund amount will be adjusted against any discounts, cashbacks, loyalty points, Cashback points or any other promotional offers.
  • To avail this feature, customers should be logged in Paytm App / Web. Then customers should visit ‘My Bookings’ section on Paytm - Movies and select the respective booking. Booking details are also available under ‘Orders & Bookings’ section which can be accessed by clicking the ‘ ☰ ‘ menu icon on the top left corner.
  • If the cancellation of the booking is unsuccessful for any reason, a refund will not be issued. In such cases, customers must contact Paytm and/or Cinema customer support and provide their booking details.
  • Please note that some services are provided by our partners and the above terms and conditions governing the cancellation policy are subject to change without prior notice.
  • One97 Communications Ltd. has the right to adjust, supplement, modify, revise, terminate, or carry out any necessary alterations to these terms and conditions and/or the cancellation feature, either entirely or partially.
