Terms and Conditions

Use promocode “ICICINB100” for booking minimum of 2 movie tickets every Saturday and/or Sunday on Paytm Movies using ICICI Bank Internet Banking , and get flat 100 cashback on booking 2 tickets.
Offer is valid until March 31, 2020 (23:59 Hours).
Offer is valid for movie ticket bookings made on every Saturday and/or Sunday during the offer period.
Offer will be valid for first 4000 transactions every weekend.
Offer can be availed by a user once per month.
Each ticket price should be greater than 100.
To qualify, customers must use ICICI Bank Internet Banking for payment for booking minimum 2 tickets on Paytm Movies during the offer period.
This offer will not be applicable for non-ICICI account holders.
Customers will need to use their ICICI Bank Internet Banking for the transaction to be considered eligible for the offer.
The offer is not applicable on cinemas which accept Advance tokens only (with Ticket Price to be paid at the counter).
Cashback will be credited to Qualified Customer’s Paytm Wallet within 24 hours of a successful transaction.

The Offer is only valid on bookings made using ICICI netbanking payment mode.
User must apply the promocode ICICINB100 to be considered eligible for this offer
This Offer is NOT applicable on non-ICICI account holders.
In the event of ICICI netbanking being used to make a subsequent booking, it will be eligible for regular offer but not for the same offer.
The offer is not valid on payments made through Paytm Wallet, or Paytm Bank Account.
Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate promo code will only be considered.
For all bookings, the cashback amount shall be credited to the user’s Paytm Wallet within 24 hours a successful booking made on Paytm Movies.
Cashback will be calculated on each Order ID and not on the number of transactions.
If the Customer does not receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 1 month from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.
Products and services are subject to availability.
For any netbanking related claims/ issues, the customer shall approach ICICI. Paytm shall not entertain any such claims.
The Customer cannot club any other offers along with this Offer on the same Order ID. The offer cannot be transferred/ assigned to any other person or Customer.
The customer shall not be entitled to cashback in the event of cancellation of booking.
User agreement and privacy policy at Paytm website shall apply.
Paytm will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
ICICI and Paytm reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
In no event, the entire liability of Paytm to a Customer, entitled under the said offer, for any dispute arising in connection with this offer, shall exceed the cashback amount.
The laws of India shall govern the T&Cs of this offer. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
ICICI and Paytm shall in no way be liable if any customer is unable to login to Paytm due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
The offer is valid only if the customer’s card account continues to be in good standing and payment continues to reach ICICI before the payment due date.
ICICI and Paytm, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use, acceptance or decline or suitability or effectiveness of the services pertaining to the Offer.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by ICICI or Paytm to conduct further such Offers.
If the offer and/or anything to be done by ICICI or Paytm in respect of the offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of ICICI or Paytm, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of ICICI or the other entity/ies, then ICICI and/or Paytm shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
All of Paytm’s and ICICI’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
The customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.

The offer is brought to you by the Alliance partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating the offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner
Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the applicability of the promocode, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by the "Alliance partner", only up to a period of 3 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
ICICI Bank/Alliance Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be an ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
