How to Claim Warranty
- Kindly call on Master Customer Care No. 9591971195 between 10 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday) and report the issue.
- Please send a photo of the invoice copy and warranty card to the customer service executive.
- 1 year warranty is applicable on non stick coating against manufacturing defects only.
- Kindly ask the customer care representative to give you the ticket number for the issue.
- Ask the customer care representative for resolution of the issue.
