Delhi Airport Guidelines for Japan Airlines Relief Flight

Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic, Japan Airlines is operating another relief flight on 30th September 2020. Here are some guidelines for passengers with regard to their Delhi Airport visit.

  • Passengers must undergo thermal screening at the airport
  • No APHO self declaration form is required for departure
  • Passengers who are not Japanese nationals, spouses or children of permanent residents are to produce the following documents:
    • Approved permission from the Japanese Embassy
    • Negative Covid-19 test certificate
Key points for Negative Covid test
  • Specified or optional format to be followed
  • Optional format to be English or Japanese
  • For optional format, the name, passport number, nationality, date of birth and sex to be mentioned
  • The sample is to be collected within 72 hours of the scheduled departure
  • The sample must be any of these: Nasopharyngeal Swab/ Saliva/ Nasal swab
  • The test must be any of these: Mucleic acid amplification test(real timeRT-PCR)/ Mucleic acid amplification test(LAMP)/Antigen test(CLEIA)
  • The stamp or sign of the doctor is mandatory

  • Travel safe with Japan Airlines.
