Indigo Airlines has announced that flights to Qatar from India have started operating, allowing passengers to reach their destinations conveniently.

• Qatari Nationals, their spouses, children and companions arriving with them on the same flights
• Permanent Residency card holders and exceptional return permit holders
• GCC Nationals using their passports along with their companions under their sponsorship on the same flight
• Foreign Diplomats on mission to the State of Qatar, holders of Administrative IDs and staff of International Organizations
• Visitors with personal visit visa issued by Ministry of Interior holding exceptional return permit

• Visa on arrival is not available and customers seeking the same are not allowed to travel
• Customers travelling must carry an exceptional return permit allowing them to return to Qatar which will state the type and number of days of quarantine
• Customers travelling are required to be in possession of a confirmed hotel reservation in one of the designated quarantine hotels for a period of minimum 7 days or as stated in the exceptional return permit issued by the Qatar Government Authorities
• The designated quarantine hotels can booked through Discover Qatar before arriving into the State of Qatar
• Customers are also required to undergo a PCR test on arrival
• Customer under hotel quarantine will be required to do a PCR test on day six of their quarantine, and according to the test result, passengers will be required to follow procedures published on the Ministry of Public Health, Government of Qatar website
• Exceptional Entry Permit issued for Domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers will state that they need to quarantine for 14 days. Staff must ensure that such customers be accepted in accordance with the hotel bookings as per the requirement stated on the “Exceptional Entry Permits”
• All customers must fill up two forms and submit upon arrival to the authorities
• Self-health assessment form
• Home Quarantine undertaking form
• All customers must download and register on the EHTERAZ app.
• Following customer categories are exempted from hotel quarantine
• Those over 55
• Those who have had an organ or spinal cord transplant
• Those who receive immunosuppressive therapy
• Those who suffer from heart disease
• Those who suffer from moderate to severe asthma
• Those who receive cancer treatment
• Pregnant women
• Babysitting mothers with children up to five years-old
• Those who suffer from kidney failure
• Those with chronic liver disease
• Those with lower limb amputation
• Those with disabilities who require support to carry out activities
• Disabled children and their mothers
• Those who suffer from epilepsy and receive treatment
• Those with diabetic foot
• Those with immediate relatives who have died in the 10 days prior to their arrival
• Those receiving treatment for mental and psychiatric illnesses, and people suffering from claustrophobia
• Those who suffer from diabetes and receive treatment
• Those who have high blood pressure
