- Offer is applicable only on Citibank Debit, Credit Card & Credit Card EMI transactions.
- Offer valid only on Thursday.
- Minimum transaction value for flight ticket booking is Rs. 10,000.
- Offer is valid only for one-time usage per user, per month.
- Offer is valid for all users.
- Maximum available discount per card is Rs. 5000 each month.
- To avail this offer, users need to have a verified mobile number on Paytm.
- Offer valid on Paytm app only.
- Transactions completed during this offer period with the appropriate deal/promo code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the offer.
- Convenience fee or ancillaries purchased (meals, insurance, baggage, etc.) will be excluded from the total booking amount for calculation of cashback.
- Customers making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for this offer.
- The campaign will run from 6th January to 31st March 2022. However, Citibank and Paytm reserve the right to extend or cut short the offer at their discretion.
- Incomplete / rejected / invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
- Cancelled orders will not be eligible for Discount.
- This Offer can neither be combined with any other Citibank offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other Customers or third parties.
- Citi Bank and Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions and duration of the offer at any time without prior notice.
- All Customer Queries/disputes on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days after the expiry of the promotion period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
