  • Users get 10% upto Rs. 900 Cashback on flight ticket bookings.
  • Minimum transaction value for flight ticket booking is Rs. 2,500.
  • Offer is applicable only on CITI Bank Credit and Debit Card transactions.
  • Offer is valid only on domestic flight ticket bookings.
  • Offer is valid only on the first eligible transaction per user, per card.
  • Offer is valid for all users.
  • Maximum Cashback Per Card that can be availed during the entire campaign period will be Rs. 900.
  • Customers making payment through any other bank cards will not be eligible for 10% Cashback.
  • Convenience fee or Ancillaries purchased (Meals, Insurance, Baggage, etc.) will be excluded from the total booking amount for calculation of Cashback.
  • Cashback will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions.
  • To avail Cashback, the user needs to have a verified mobile number on Paytm.
  • Cancelled and returned orders will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • Transactions completed during this Offer Period with the appropriate deal/promo code will only be considered. The date of travel can be beyond the expiry date of the Offer.
  • This Offer can neither be combined with any other Citibank offer nor can it be transferred or assigned to any other Customer or third party.
  • The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be en-cashed.
  • Paytm reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • All Customer Queries/disputes on the offer should be raised during the offer period or within 90 days after the expiry of the promotion period. For any disputes, the customer needs to furnish a scanned copy of the invoice for the case to be taken for further investigation.
  • The campaign will run from 30th Dec 2020 to 2nd Jan 2021. However, CITI Bank and Paytm reserve the right to extend or cut short the offer at their discretion.
  • The cashback on Citibank cards across offers on Flights will be provided in the Customer’s card account within 90 days from the date of the transaction. The timeline provided for effecting credit is only indicative of the expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit. For all bookings, the cashback amount shall be credited to the same credit/debit card as was used for the purpose of making the booking and will reflect in the monthly card statement/s.
