• There are no documents required for cancelling the ticket and getting the refund amount. This is a 100% no questions asked refund policy.
• 100% of your ticket value (airfare only) would be refunded to you. Refund excludes convenience fee, Cancel Protect Premium or any other charge apart from Airfare.
• Refund will be done instantly in the source account, as soon as confirmation of cancellation is received from the Airline.
• If the flight gets cancelled by the operator 24 hours prior to departure time, then the Cancel Protect premium will be refunded.
• For the customers booking within a window of 8 hours to 27 hours of departure and before 6 hours of departure if the operator cancels the flight then the Cancel Protect premium will be refunded.
• The company will reimburse the ticket amount (airfare only) for trips that are cancelled through Paytm . Any user directly cancelling with the airline will not be covered under Cancel Protect and airline cancellation policy will be applicable.

• The offering is available only on selected flights booked on Paytm.
• Cancel Protect does not apply to flight modifications. However, you can cancel the ticket and avail the benefits of Cancel Protect and book again.
• For the bucket, 8 hours to 27 hours prior to departure if the operator modifies the departure time then the original scheduled departure will be considered for the claim.
• The company will not be liable to reimburse any other cost incurred by the beneficiary due to this cancellation apart from the Airfare amount.
