General Ticket Sales:

• MPCA feels proud to host the 2nd T20I at the Holkar Stadium scheduled for the 7th of January, 2020.
• Tickets will go live at 6.00 a.m. on 25th December 2019 and continue up to the end of the quota OR 06.00 p.m. on 29th December 2019. However, MPCA reserves the right to take any decision in this regard at any given point of time.
• A customer (as per ticketing agency terms) can purchase a maximum of 4 tickets of any one category only.
• Children above 3 years of age will require a ticket.

Ticket Price includes GST & Madhya Pradesh Municipal (Entertainment & Amusement) Tax - Rules 2018 :

• SOUTH PAVILION LOWER - Rs 4305/-
• SOUTH PAVILION UPPER - Rs 4920/-
• EAST GALLERY (LOWER) - Rs 500/-
• EAST STAND (UPPER) - Rs 750/-
• WEST STAND (LOWER) - Rs 650/-
• WEST STAND (UPPER) - Rs 900/-
• SOUTH PAVILION - WOMEN’S BLOCK - Rs 4305/-
• WEST GALLERY - WOMEN’S BLOCK - Rs 650/-

Terms and Conditions:

• An e-ticket is not allowed. Only Physical tickets is valid for entry to the stadium on match day
• Children above the age of 3 years will require a ticket. No separate seat will be available for children below the age of 3.
• The ticket is valid only for the stand mentioned on the ticket. Entry will be allowed only through the gate number mentioned on the physical ticket.
• If the ticket or any text/ barcode on ticket is damaged/ tampered/ defaced in any manner, authorities have the right to refuse entry to the stadium.
• The Ticket Holder shall not engage in any form of ‘Ambush Marketing’ and shall not conduct any activity that conflicts with or infringes the rights of any series sponsor or commercial partner. No item including without limitation like banners or flags etc., displaying commercial logos, which, in MPCA and BCCI view, may conflict with the rights of any social series of the match (‘Match’) will be allowed in the stadium.
• No re-entry will be allowed.
• The list of prohibited items is mentioned on the reverse of the ticket. The Organizer shall be entitled to seize any prohibited item without liability and without any obligation to return such items or to compensate the holder.
• The ticket is strictly non-transferable and for the sole use of the purchaser.
• The ticket is non -cancellable and non-refundable, subject to rules of MPCA There is no obligation on MPCA and BCCI to reschedule the match.
• The ticket holder accepts and confirms this ticket shall not be exchanged, ceded, sold or transferred for a promotional or commercial context (such as a prize in a lottery or competition or as part of an advertising or promotional campaign), with or without consideration unless written permission has been previously obtained from the Organizer.
• Entry onto the field of play at any time and the throwing of any article is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.
• Foul, abusive or any form of discriminatory language (whether on the grounds of race, religion or otherwise), unruly language or any unruly or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Spectators are reminded that any of the language or behavior referred to in above or any action in breach will result in evection from the ground and possible further action such as criminal prosecution, identification by way of photographing and/or capturing by video camera of the images of such persons and life-bans being imposed on such persons.
• The convenience fee is Payment Gateway charges and taxes thereon.
• The delivery of tickets shall be by courier, for which Paytm Insider is eligible to charge (courier) fees. If due to unavoidable circumstances, ticket(s) cannot be delivered via courier, Paytm Insider will intimate customer(s) with details of where they can collect their ticket(s) on or before match day. In such case, a refund of the delivery fee would be remitted to the customer(s).
• Ticket Price includes Madhya Pradesh Municipal (Entertainment & Amusement) Tax - Rules 2018
• No parking is available at the venue.
• Kindly occupy the seat mentioned on your physical ticket only.
• The ticket(s) must be shown whenever demanded by MPCA and their representatives. The authorities reserve the right to search the holder at any time for security reasons.
• The Ticket Holder acknowledges and consents to the recording of his/her likeness and/or voice and that BCCI is entitled to use and sub-license all rights in respect of such recordings.
• The Holder will not sell or offer for sale any product or service from any part of the stadium.
• MPCA and BCCI will not be liable to the Ticket Holder whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, loss of business or contracts or loss of opportunity.
• MPCA and BCCI reserve the right, without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, evicting the Holder(s) of the ticket from the stadium after they have entered the ground.
• MPCA and BCCI will not subject to any limitation imposed by law be in any way liable to the Holder for any event, occurrences, or other timing the cause of which is beyond the reasonable control of MPCA and BCCI.
• In addition to these conditions, the entry shall be subject to any ground regulations specific to the stadium.
• By booking tickets for the event, you consent to your data being used for marketing and promotional activities by Paytm Insider and the organiser.
