Cancellation Protect for event bookings - Terms and Conditions

For bookings with cancellation protect, the user will be entitled to a refund of 100% of ticket price in case of cancellation of ticket within the cancellation window.
The cancellation window for cancelling a ticket booked with cancellation protect is 10 days before the event.
Tickets purchased online can not be cancelled at the offline box office stores.
Partial cancellation of an order is not allowed.
Refund will only be given for the event ticket amount, any additional amount paid for Cancellation Protect or other add on services will not be refunded. Convenience Fee paid for the booking will also not be refunded.
Refund will be processed to the source account used for payment at the time of booking.
On booking ticket(s) with cancellation protect, the customer will receive a booking confirmation sms/e-mail. Please note that the booking confirmation is NOT the ticket and the customer would be able to enter the event arena only with physical tickets. The physical tickets would be delivered once the allowed cancellation period is over.
Cancellation Protect is a promotional offer by One97 Communications Ltd. (Paytm) and it reserves the right to alter the terms or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice. Paytm may suspend any user's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at its discretion.
In case of any issues, the interpretation of Paytm will be considered final.
