Paytm Campus Design - Plot 1 & 2, Sector 159, Noida, UP

Location: Land location is very prime with a corner plot which is just opposite to Sector - 146 metro station and near to Jewar Airport. It is situated in an IT/-ITEs Zone.

Key design parameters of the Paytm campus are:

• Total 10 Acre Land
• 2.5 FAR permissible, additional 5% for green building and another 0.5 FAR purchasable
• Considered 3.0 FAR in current design
• 2 Towers; G+15 and G+20 floors; 2 basements and Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) of G+13
• 2.5 million square feet total built-up area
• 14,000 employee seating capacity
• 3,500 seating capacity of cafeteria
• 3,800 car parking peak capacity; with dedicated multi-level car park
• 65% of land area is open for landscape
• Target for Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum rating
