We, One97 Communications Limited, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at First floor Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 and corporate office at B-121, Sector 5, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301 (hereinafter referred to as “Paytm” / “Company”), has been authorized by CLIX Finance Pvt Ltd to Collect the outstanding unpaid amount and to serve upon you the following notice:

• That you are well aware of the fact that based upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for “Paytm Postpaid Services”, CLIX Finance Pvt Ltd (CLIX), offered you a Postpaid facility through Paytm wherein you were provided a facility to make online/offline purchases from selected merchant websites or outlets which are enabled to receive payments by using the website located at URL www.paytm.com and Mobile Applications named ‘Paytm’. That your eligibility for said Postpaid facility was for a definite spend limit.
• That you accepted the said Postpaid facility subject to the terms and conditions enumerated therein. As per the terms and conditions, you were duty bound to pay the utilized Outstanding Amount on or before the due date. You have further agreed that Late Fees shall be imposed upon you in case you fail to pay the Outstanding Amount by the Due date.
• Please note that an amount is due on you and payable by you. Despite repeated reminders and demands by the Company, you have failed to make the payment of the aforesaid outstanding amount to us which is a breach of the terms and conditions of Postpaid facility and utter disregard of the law of the land.
• From the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility availed by you to make wrongful gains for yourself and to cause wrongful losses to the Company.
• In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the due amount at the earliest, failing which our Company reserves the right to initiate / to proceed Civil and/or Criminal proceedings for the fraudulent acts of breach of trust and cheating, against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note.

A copy of this notice is being retained in our records for future action.
