R. Madhavan is an actor, producer and television host. He began his acting career with the television show Yule Love Story before getting his big break came in Mani Ratnam’s Alaipayuthey in 2000. Madhavan rose to fame with the movie Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein (2001). Madhavan is best known for Minnale, Aayutha Ezhuthu, Kannathil Muthamittal, Rang De Basanti, 3 Idiots, Tanu Weds Manu, Saala Khadoos and Tanu Weds Manu Returns.
