Synopsis

A high octane action thriller, the film revolves around an NYPD detective who joins a citywide manhunt for two cop killers in the New York city. While in pursuit of the alleged murderers, extreme measures are taken to prevent the suspects from escaping as the authorities order a lockdown of all the Manhattan's 21 bridges.
