How to make a UPI ID in Paytm?

To make a UPI ID in Paytm, open the app and tap your profile icon at the top-left. Select UPI and Payment Settings, then choose Add Bank Account. Pick your bank from the list, and ensure your registered mobile number is in the device for SMS verification. Once your account is linked, Paytm automatically generates a UPI ID like mobilenumber@ptyes. You can also customize it by selecting Manage UPI IDs to choose handles such as @ptaxis or @ptsbi. Finally, set a UPI PIN using your debit card details to complete the setup.
