Issues Related to Bus Tickets Booking

    • How can I check Routes/Operator information?

      To get information on Route/Operator, Click ‘Bus Tickets’ on Paytm home page. Select origin, destination & date of journey.
      And Click on ‘Search Buses’ to see all available buses and operators.
    • Unable to select Specific seat/operator/date/route

      Please share a screenshot of the issue that you are facing at Customer Care. Our team will check and get back to you on this.
    • I want to check boarding point details

      To know details about your boarding point, please contact the Operator. Operator details are mentioned in the ticket.  In case you face a problem, you can get in touch with Customer Care
    • Where can I check the Cancellation Policy

      To check the cancellation policy go to ‘Your Orders’ page on Paytm.com and select the order to see relevant cancellation policy.
      If you’re booking a new ticket, the cancellation policy is available under seat selection page while booking the ticket and is also mentioned on the ticket emailed to you upon successful booking.
    • I am not able to fill customer’s details while booking

      Please take a screen shot of the error message & share with us at Customer Care, we will get it sorte
    • I have applied a promo code applied but did not receive any cash back

      • Please check your order history to verify the applied promo code (whether it was applied or not).
      • If you have applied the promo code, your cash back will be credited within 24 hours of the successful transaction.
      • You can check the “Passbook” of your wallet o confirm if cash back has been credited
      • If you still need help, you can write to us at Customer Care.
    • I am unable to apply Promo code

      Please check the T&C of the promo code for its validity. In case it is a valid promo code, please share the screen shot of the error message to Customer Care and we will get this sorted for you.
    • I am getting error while applying Promo code

    • My money has been deducted, but ticket was not booked

      We are sorry about that. Please write to Customer Care & we will get this sorted for you.
    • I have not received my refund

      • All refund to Paytm wallet are processed within 24 hours
      • Net-banking and card refunds are credited to your bank account, but can take 7 working days to start reflecting.
      • If the amount is not credited in your account within this time frame, then we request you to please check with your bank or write to Customer Care
    • I want to transfer my refund to bank

      That’s easy! Log on to your Paytm account. Go to the order history, select the order and click on ‘Refund to Bank’
    • Amount not received according to cancellation policy

      Cancellation Policy differs from operator to operator. Please write to us at Customer Care, and we’ll sort this out for you.
    • I am not able to pay through specific bank/Net banking/card

      You may have exceeded the transaction limit of your account. For more details, write to our Customer Care.
    • Unable to pay through Paytm wallet

      Please check your wallet transaction limit; you might have exceeded the limit.
      • If the limit has not been exceeded, please try again after some time.
      • If the issue still persists, then please write to Customer Care.
    • Unable to pay through Paytm wallet due to wallet limit breach

      We request you to upgrade your Wallet limit by following these steps:
      • 1. Go to Paytm.com.
      • 2. Click on your Profile name from top right side the drop down and select ‘Your Wallet’.
      • 3. Select ‘Request Wallet Upgrade’.
      • 4. Select a preferable mode for KYC, your address & download the KYC form.
      • 5. You can either visit our centers as per your base location or request for a pickup.
      • 6. Once you have made these selections, click on ‘Submit’.
      • 7. Your request is now raised. Our representative will contact you to confirm an appointment to collect the documents.

      In case you are unable to process your request through above steps, please follow:
      • Log on to your Paytm account and go to https://paytm.com/blog/KYC.
      • Click on point number 1 on that page; follow the link (Click Here Option)
    • Till when I can contact for refund on any kind of issues or bus cancellations by Operator, If I will face during the journey.

      For any kind of journey inconvenience and bus cancellation issues, contact us within 15 days of Journey date, else request would not be processed.
    • Wrong Bus/boarding/contact details found

      Please contact the operator about this using the details mentioned on the ticket. In case you are not satisfied, you can contact our Customer Care.
    • Operator not allowing me to board the bus

      If you are not allowed to board the bus, please contact the operator using the details mentioned on the ticket. You can also write to Customer Care.
    • Operator sold my seat to another passenger

      We are extremely sorry for this, please send the details to our Customer Care and we will sort it out for you.
    • My bus has been cancelled

      Please contact Customer Care & we will process your refund, once confirmed by the bus operator. Please share the ticket no. and cancellation message you received.
    • I want to cancel my ticket

      • For ticket cancellation, log on to Paytm account.
      • You can cancel the booked tickets from your Order Section against the order id.
      • Please note terms and conditions before cancelling your ticket, as refund will be processed as per cancellation policy.
    • I have purchased multiple tickets and would like to cancel few of them. Can I do that?

      Cancellation a few seats from a booked ticket depends upon operator’s cancellation policy and usually partial cancellations are not allowed. You may have to cancel all the tickets and book it again as required. You can refer to the cancellation policy available on the ticket emailed to you.
    • I have not received ticket confirmation

      Once you book a ticket on Paytm, the ticket confirmation is sent to your registered mobile number & registered e-mail. If you haven’t received it within 15 minutes, please write to our Customer Care.

    • Booked seat/Bus not as per expectation

    • Operator stopped bus before the destination

      Please verify the destination with the booked ticket. In case you were dropped before reaching your destination, please contact Customer Care
    • My bus broke down

      We are sorry about that. Please contact Customer Care and we will investigate this with the operator
    • Misbehaviour from Bus Staff
