Our CSR arm Paytm Foundation recently organised a joyful and engaging employee volunteering activity with Uday Foundation in Delhi, reaffirming our commitment to community welfare and meaningful social impact. The initiative brought together Paytmers and children for a day filled with learning, laughter, and genuine connection.
The day began with warm introductions, as volunteers interacted with the children and helped them feel comfortable and welcomed. What started as simple conversations quickly turned into cheerful exchanges, with children enthusiastically sharing their stories, hobbies, and aspirations. These moments built an instant bond and created a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
To support their academic journey, we distributed essential educational supplies, including school uniforms, sweaters, shoes, socks, notebooks, and stationery. These thoughtful contributions aim to help children feel more confident, prepared, and motivated as they continue their education.
A highlight of the day was the art and craft session, where children expressed themselves through colourful drawings and creative paper crafts. Volunteers sat alongside them, offering encouragement and celebrating their creativity, turning the activity into a shared experience of joy and learning.
The initiative was a heartfelt reminder that small acts of kindness can create lasting impact. Through our CSR initiatives, we remain committed to strengthening community engagement, supporting children’s growth, and creating meaningful opportunities that inspire positive change.
